HOW TO RESOLVE DATE OF BIRTH ISSUES DURING REGISTRATION

Disparity in the date of birth is always an issue for Corp member during registration before and during camping.

Normally, you can't be born in two different dates of a year or different year, but then, most of the faults arises during errors of registration in a cafe or technically generated problem.

By now you should know that waec verification pin is use to correct date of birth that is wrong on NYSC dashboard but right on waec result.

Let say for instance my date of birth on my waec is 12/3/1999 and my date of birth on NYSC dashboard is 7/4/1998 what I need to do is to get waec verification pin to correct it to the one of my waec.

Before you can use waec verification pin, your age on your waec must be lesser to 30years.

Other exams don't have this privilege.

You  can use that WAEC to remove exemption, once it's lesser than 30 years of age 

1. JAMB DATE CORRECT, SCHOOL DATE INCORRECT

If your Jamb DOB is correct and that of your school is incorrect, you report to your students affairs office to rectify it.

2. WAEC DATE CORRECT, JAMB DATE INCORRECT

Those that used WAEC as their 0'level can rectify their age if ONLY their WAEC DOB is correct.

Simply wait till registration begins and you can effectively use WAEC VERIFICATION PIN to change the JAMB date to WAEC own.

3. JAMB DATE CORRECT, WAEC DATE INCORRECT

if this is the case, you don't have to do anything, because your JAMB DOB supercedes the WAEC DOB.

4. SCHOOL DATE CORRECT, JAMB DATE INCORRECT, WAEC DATE INCORRECT

If the date on your school credentials are correct and the one on Jamb is incorrect, you will have to do JAMB REGULARIZATION to rectify the issue.

This will cost you to wait time till it's approved. 

Once you start the process, make sure you are always visiting the centre to know about the progress.
